      <abstract xml:lang="ru">
        <p>Статья посвящена исследованию социальных представлений молодёжи Хабаровского края о престижности профессий как интегрального статусного конструкта. На основе массового опроса реконструируются ключевые детерминанты престижа (экономические ожидания, общественное признание, карьерные перспективы, условия труда, символический капитал), анализируются их взаимосвязи с критериями «хорошего рабочего места», образовательными траекториями и миграционными намерениями. Рассматривается территориальная специфика престижных иерархий в городской, районной и сельской среде и её соотнесённость с особенностями регионального рынка труда. В заключении предложены направления совершенствования профориентационной и информационной инфраструктуры, механизмы согласования образовательных выборов молодёжи с потребностями экономики, а также меры социальной регуляции, направленные на снижение дисбалансов и укрепление потенциала закрепления молодых специалистов в регионе.</p>
