В условиях жесткой геополитической турбулентности отношения между Россией и Китаем являются важнейшим элементом поддержания глобальной стабильности и строятся на взаимовыгодной и взаимоуважительной основе. Двустороннее сотрудничество активно развивается по широкому спектру направлений, среди которых немаловажную роль играют контакты сопредельных макрорегионов – российского Дальнего Востока и Северо-Востока Китая. Организация эффективного приграничного сотрудничества и его дальнейшие перспективы тесно увязаны с позитивным развитием этих регионов. В статье рассматривается ситуация в экономике провинций Северо-Востока Китая (Ляонин, Цзилинь и Хэйлунцзян), а также шаги руководства китайских провинций по их позитивной трансформации. Прогнозируется усиление влияния межрегиональных контактов в перспективном взаимодействии между РФ и КНР.
In the context of severe geopolitical turbulence, relations between Russia and China are an essential element in maintaining global stability and are based on a mutually beneficial and respectful foundation. Bilateral cooperation is actively developing in a wide range of territories, among which an important role belongs to the contacts between the adjacent macro-regions – the Russian Far East and the North-Eastern China. Organization of the effective cross-border cooperation and its future prospects are closely linked to the positive development of these regions. This article examines economic situation in the provinces of the North-Eastern China (Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang), as well as the steps taken by the leadership of Chinese provinces to transform them positively. The influence of interregional contacts in prospective interaction between the Russian Federation and China is forecasted to increase.
