В статье рассмотрена российская система поддержки и стимулирования экспорта с позиций развития ее институциональной структуры и применяемых инструментов в условиях внешних ограничений и жесткого антироссийского санкционного давления в период 2018 –2024 гг. Рассматриваются эффекты, полученные за счет активизации деятельности структур Российского экспортного центра (РЭЦ). Сделаны выводы о том, что российская система государственной поддержки экспорта именно за счет правильно выбранных приоритетов и адресной направленности мер показала положительную динамику по основным показателям в условиях внешнего давления. Накопленный опыт эффективного применения востребованного экспортерами инструментария рассматривается как важный способ дальнейшего увеличения числа экспортеров из сектора малого и среднего предпринимательства.

The article discusses the Russian system of support and stimulation of exports from the standpoint of the development of its constituting structure and applied tools in the context of external restrictions and severe anti-Russian sanctions pressure in the period from 2018 to 2024. The paper considers the effects obtained due to the intensification of the activities of the Russian Export Center (REC) structures. The study concludes that the Russian system of government support for exports, precisely due to the correctly chosen priorities and targeted focus of support measures, showed positive dynamics in terms of key indicators facing external pressure. The accumulated experience of the effective use of tools being in demand by exporters is considered as an important way to increase the number of exporters from the small and medium-sized business sector.
