В данной статье анализируются особенности реализации проектов и программ развития сельского хозяйства в рамках устойчивого развития Новосибирской области. Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена необходимостью повышения эффективности аграрного сектора, который играет значительную роль в экономике региона. В статье проводится анализ существующих программ и выявляются проблемы, препятствующие достижению поставленных целей, а также предлагаются пути их решения. Основное внимание уделяется управлению проектами, текущему состоянию сельских районов, продовольственной безопасности и рациональному использованию природных ресурсов. Освещаются тенденции и приоритеты развития аграрного сектора, а также оценивается эффективность программных мер. Цель работы заключается в анализе практики внедрения проектов и разработке рекомендаций для улучшения управления и контроля в данной области. В статье подчеркивается недостаточная научная изученность темы, что делает исследование значимым вкладом в агропромышленные исследования региона. Рассматривается понятие устойчивого развития как системного подхода к повышению качества жизни и развитию экономики без ущерба для экологии, акцентируется внимание на использовании возобновляемых ресурсов и охране биоразнообразия. Статья также рассматривает важность проектов и программ как инструментов стратегического планирования в сельском хозяйстве, подчеркивая их роль в решении социальных и экономических задач на уровне местных общин. В итоге материал представляет собой комплексный анализ принципов устойчивого развития и их применения в аграрном контексте, подтверждая необходимость внедрения устойчивых методов в сельское хозяйство для улучшения производительности, развития инфраструктуры и создания благоприятных условий жизни на селе. Авторы акцентируют внимание на стратегическом значении социально-экономического развития сельских территорий как для региона, так и для страны в целом. Несмотря на достижения, такие как рост производства сельскохозяйственной продукции и модернизация инфраструктуры, описываются существующие проблемы.
This article analyzes the specifics of the implementation of projects and programs for the development of agriculture in the framework of sustainable development of the Novosibirsk region. The relevance of this study is due to the need to improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector, which plays a significant role in the economy of the region. The article analyzes existing programs and identifies problems that hinder the achievement of goals, as well as suggests ways to solve them. The main focus is on project management, the current state of rural areas, food security and the rational use of natural resources. The trends and priorities of the agricultural sector development are highlighted, as well as the effectiveness of program measures is evaluated. The purpose of the work is an in-depth analysis of the practice of project implementation and the development of recommendations for improving management and control in this area. The article highlights the insufficient scientific knowledge of the topic, which makes the study a significant contribution to the agro-industrial research of the region. The concept of sustainable development is considered as a systematic approach to improving the quality of life and economic development without compromising the environment. Attention is focused on the use of renewable resources and the protection of biodiversity. The article also examines the importance of projects and programs as strategic planning tools in agriculture, emphasizing their role in solving social and economic problems at the level of local communities. As a result, the material presents a comprehensive analysis of the principles of sustainable development and their application in an agricultural context, confirming the need to introduce sustainable methods into agriculture to improve productivity, develop infrastructure and create favorable living conditions in rural areas. The authors focus on the strategic importance of socio-economic development of rural areas both for the region and for the country as a whole. The problems existing despite such achievements, as the growth of agricultural production and modernization of infrastructure are described.
